We got to get away for our 4 year anniversary to our most favorite destination - Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. The beach was the most beautiful we have seen in our trips; it was so nice to be able to just sit and relax and not chase around a 21 month old active girl (thanks to Jon and Monica for watching her....we are forever in your debt). Here are a few pictures to make you all jealous....
Can you believe Mark is 34 and still doing back flips on the beach? He's amazing.
Beautiful resort...it had some jungle areas and it was a little muggy so I'm glad we brought bug spray, especially after the first night when we got eaten.
The water was so calm you could see fish where you walked; we took advantage of the free kayaks, too. The last couple of days there were waves though.
The last morning....sad.
